What is ClickyPanel for?

A fast, no-fuss answer to “how are my sites doing?” without opening a browser or juggling a dozen tabs. Every site you run is displayed side by side with live visitor counts, today vs. yesterday deltas, and 7-day sparklines.

Does it merge numbers across providers?

No. Each site shows its own provider’s numbers. Providers count visitors differently, so combining them would produce misleading numbers.

Which providers are supported?

Clicky, Matomo, and self-hosted Umami. Each connects directly to your analytics server using your existing credentials.

Can I filter, segment or compare date ranges?

No. ClickyPanel is a monitor, not an analysis tool. Every site has a link straight into its provider’s own dashboard for deeper analysis.

What does it cost?

$39 once, for everything, forever. There is no subscription, and every v3 update is included.

Is there a free trial?

Yes: seven days of the full app, with no card and no account required. Nothing is held back during it: every provider, every widget, the menubar/tray icon, and the desktop notifications all work exactly as they do after you buy.

The seven days start when you add your first site, not when you download. Getting an API key out of your analytics provider should not cost you trial days, and if it turns out ClickyPanel cannot read your account, you will have found that out before paying anything.

When the trial ends the app asks for a licence key. Your sites and connections stay where they are and pick up as soon as you enter one.

How many computers can I install it on?

Up to 5 computers (your laptop, desktop, and a spare). If you need more, additional device activations are available for $3 each via [email protected]. After initial online activation, ClickyPanel includes a 30-day offline grace period so you can work anywhere.

What if I buy it and change my mind?

Full refund within 30 days, no questions asked. Email [email protected].

Do I need an account?

No. There is no sign-up, no password to remember, and no ClickyPanel server. The app talks to your analytics providers directly from your computer. We only collect your email address at checkout via our payment processor to deliver your licence key and receipts. We do not spam or send marketing blasts.

Where are my API keys stored?

Encrypted on your own machine, in the app’s local database. They are only ever sent to the provider they belong to. The privacy policy describes the encryption exactly, including what it does not protect against.

Does it send any data about me?

Anonymous crash reports are sent to Sentry by default. They contain the error, the app version and your OS version, with zero credentials or analytics data included. You can turn them off in Settings.

Does it work offline?

Yes. It shows the last numbers it fetched, marked as stale, until you are back online.

Will it drain my battery?

The refresh interval is yours to set. At one-minute intervals, the app makes a few small HTTPS requests per minute and is idle in between. Set it to manual if you prefer to refresh on demand.

Do I need to be online?

Only once, to activate your key. After that ClickyPanel re-checks the licence about once a week and keeps working for a month if it cannot reach us, so an outage on our side or a fortnight without a connection will not lock you out of an app you own.
